We enjoy making new videos and updating and improving the site, but we don’t follow a schedule for releasing new content and we reserve right to stop adding new content at any time.
Generally speaking, we add new videos regularly through the winter months and take the summers off.
Nordic Ski Lab members are a mix of coaches, master’s level athletes, beginner skiers, youth athletes and their parents. You don’t have to be a coach or a particular level of skier to benefit from our videos.

Nordic Ski Lab is a completely different experience. There’s no standing around in the cold while a coach talks. You can watch videos as many times as you like. Slow motion videos are especially powerful and cannot be matched by in-person lessons. Many of our members experience rapid improvement. Please read the reviews to learn more.
Video members can submit skiing videos for feedback, though analysis is not guaranteed.
Analyzed videos are shared within the membership. There’s a popular library of member-submitted videos you can browse—perfect if you’re hesitant about sharing your own. Many members find it reassuring to see others’ skiing first.
You can also ask for technique help in the private members forum. Nordic Ski Lab is home to thousands of skiers and coaches from around the world, many of them experts who freely share tips and advice. It’s a friendly, supportive community.
Whether we analyze your video depends mainly on the quality of the footage, not the quality of your skiing.
