  1. If you get a postal code error during registration, it’s because there are 2 places you need to enter your postal or zip code. The second is in the credit card field, to the right of the cvv number.
  2. 14 day money back guarantee. Simply contact Kim if you want a refund.
  3. Your membership will auto-renew on the anniversary of your purchase, unless cancelled.
  4. You can easily cancel your subscription from your account page at any time. You will have access to the website until your subscription expires.
  5. You will receive 2 email reminders prior to each yearly renewal. Double check that you enter the correct email address.
  6. Prices are in USD because the majority of our customers are from the U.S.
