Tom is a 20-year-old cross country skier from Calgary AB, currently training in Canmore AB. With a lifelong passion for the sport, Tom has competed in Alberta Cups and progressed to international races like World Juniors and World Cups. Alongside his athletic pursuits, Tom is a full-time engineering student at the University of Calgary. Tom started on Foothills Nordic and progressed to ski for Team ULLR and after highschool moved to the Alberta World Cup Academy.

Tom’s most impressive result was 2nd in the Team relay in Oberwiesenthal, Germany (2020.) And his best individual result was 5th in the Classic 30k in Vuokatti, Finland (2021.) Tom continues to pursue his goals for the world cup while working as a software engineer in the summers working for Zone4 and attends school in the winter.
