Get Ski Ready Workout 6

This is the final workout in the Get Ski ready series. The workouts have gotten progressively harder. This one starts with “Dasha’s warm up”, followed by a core and strength circuit that includes the Copenhagen plank, swimmers and butterfly catching. Ski imitation drills include Ben Ogden’s skater hops, classic hops and skater banded strength.
