Training Zones Challenge – Hub

We designed this 5 day challenge to help masters level cross-country skiers ⛷️ improve their ability to train at different levels of intensity. It’s especially helpful for learning the differences between Zones 1 and 2, and for understanding the different levels of intensity used in interval training. The 5 days of workouts are meant to be a learning experience and should not be treated as a training plan for use on an ongoing or regular basis.
