Yes. You get full access to everything our Training Club members do—including the complete training plan, bonus race peaking plans, coaching support, and a personal onboarding call. The only thing not included is video technique feedback, which you can access if you choose to join the Training Club after the trial.

No. Skiing is ideal, but you can also train by walking, running, biking, hiking, rowing, ski erg, or swimming. We’ll show you how to train effectively using whatever you have.

Yes. Most weeks include 2 strength sessions, plus optional mobility, core, and balance workouts. Some equipment is used (bands, weights, TRX, etc.), and substitutions are easy.

You’ll have a 1:1 call with our head coach to get started, and you can reach out for help anytime by email or via the private members forum. You’ll also get weekly coaching accountability emails and access to Q&A sessions.
