🎯 Tip

TrainingPeaks is a completely separate company from Nordic Ski Lab; we use TP for managing training plans. If you use a fitness device, like a Garmin or Apple Watch, you can connect it to TrainingPeaks and it will record your workout metrics, like your heart rate during the workout. You can download the TrainingPeaks app to your smartphone and/or use it on your computer, then follow along with the workouts there.

How to get the workouts on TrainingPeaks (free)

  1. CLICK THIS LINK
  2. Click the pink “Buy Now” button on the right. Notice that the plan is FREE. You do not have to enter your credit card.
  3. Create a free account if you are new to TrainingPeaks
  4. After that you will be logged in and the plan will be applied to your calendar. (Click “Calendar” at the top of the page if you are on desktop and don’t see it.
