The coloured pads are called Agility Dots. There are a number of online sellers, including Amazon.
- Mark out a circle with agility dots.
- Players stand in the middle of the circle.
- Coach calls out a colour and a skill, like “Green, side shuffle”, “Blue, skipping” etc
- Players move to a matching coloured dot and back to centre. If you have multiples of the same colour, you can make a rule that you can’t go to the same dot twice in a row.
