So there’s some different activities that you can do to practice edging your skis and just exploring the edges of your skis. Get on a nice, active ready position on a nice flat ski. Start by just rolling your ankles from side to side, getting on the different edges. From here we can do side step on edge, you can stay on the same edge and step back the other way. Switch edges. And side step. You can also practice doing star turns while on edge as well. Just a few different ways that you can explore the edges of your skis.
