Not Receiving Our Emails? (Including password resets)

Can’t View Videos or Member Content?
This is usually an easy fix. Please try these steps in order:
- Check Your Subscription: Go to your Account Page to make sure your membership is active.
- Accidental Gift Purchase? On your Account Page, look for a “Gifts” tab. If you see an unclaimed gift, you must redeem it for yourself to activate it.
- Browser Blocking Videos? This is the most common problem. Look for a shield icon or ad blocker icon in your browser’s address bar (right next to the website name). Click it and choose to “allow” content or “disable protection” for our site. Then, reload the page.
