Click Account on the main menu. Click the subscription tab at the top of the page. Click the cancel button. Please note, if the price of a membership has increased and you later decide to re-subscribe, you will have to pay the new, higher price.

As a Nordic Ski Lab member you have TWO accounts. The website account has your payment information. Go to your website account page>>.

You also have an account on the community forum. To access your account in the forum, click your avatar in the upper right corner of the Community Forum.

On the dashboard page, click your name in the upper righthand corner and select “Account”.

If you have trouble accessing the forum, the problem most likely lies with your browser or your router. Some trouble shooting suggestions are to:

  1. Unplug your router for 10 seconds. Re-connect to the internet and try again.
  2. Bypass your router by using your smart phone’s data to temporarily connect your computer to the Internet.
  3. Try a different browser. We recommend Chrome.

You will receive 3 types of emails from us.

  1. We periodically send member newsletters about new videos, articles, opportunities etc. Email updates come from Kim@nordicskilab.com. Please add this email address to your contacts list.
  2. The website sends automated emails about your account. These automated emails comes from hello@nordicskilab.com.
  3. The Community Forum automatically sends email updates about new and updated conversations. These emails also come from Kim@nordicskilab.com. You can set your preferences for Forum updates by visiting your Forum account page. (click your avatar in the upper right corner of the Community Forum.
