7. Natural One Skate

One of the most useful things you can do is try to mimic the rhythm of an expert skier. After you’ve learned this movement progression, focussing on staying low and well aligned in the foot, knee and ankle, you can begin to smooth out the movements to better approximate actual V2-One Skate technique.
